About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal Specialist to join our team at GHD. As a key member of our pursuit and proposal activities, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing pursuit plans and strategies for our Western Canada Region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the creation of persuasive proposals, marketing collateral, and presentations that showcase our expertise and capabilities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of technical terminology, project management structures, and discipline functions by sector.
  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously, coordinate content providers, and manage changing priorities with ease.
  • Review RFPs and participate in strategic win plan discussions with project managers and technical leaders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum three years of experience coordinating and writing technical proposals for an engineering, construction, or professional services organization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools, such as Photoshop and InDesign.
  • Strong understanding of marketing techniques, including layout, graphics, and strategy-to-win.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
  • Negotiation, problem-solving, planning, and time management skills.
  • Flexible and able to meet challenging deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Even-tempered in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Consistent personal ethics, including integrity, dependability, initiative, and quality.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $73,040.00-$109,560.00 CAD, depending on background and experience.
