About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at 13309291 Canada Inc. as a permanent employee. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to clients experiencing difficulties with computer systems, providing advice and training to resolve issues.
  • Problem-Solving: Consult technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions to technical problems.
  • Log Maintenance: Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
  • System Support: Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to clients in response to identified difficulties.
  • Equipment Setup: Set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to their technical support needs.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a technical support role.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to sit for extended periods and work under pressure.
