Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at 2GOTECH. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer hardware and software issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP diploma in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
