Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or an associate degree in a relevant field
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with a comprehensive understanding of functions, procedures, terminology, and interdepartmental relationships
- Exhibit strong oral and written communication skills with a solid vocabulary, grammar, and the capability to independently draft routine written communications
- Proficient in technology tools with extensive knowledge of Google software. Ability to create spreadsheets and adjust formats to fulfill assignments and suggest enhancements
- Strong organizational and communication skills necessary for interacting with multiple internal, external, and executive contacts
- Capable of managing various tasks simultaneously while consistently meeting or exceeding production and quality standards. Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a team environment and a willingness to readily take on additional or new responsibilities
- Proactively anticipate customer needs and provide effective solutions
