Role Overview:

The Senior Manager, Loyalty Partnerships & Design will serve as the primary contact for select external loyalty partners, providing strategic guidance to the VP of Loyalty & Partnerships on innovative loyalty reward initiatives. This role involves managing projects that necessitate both external and internal relationship management skills, conducting strategic analyses, benchmarking, developing business cases, and preparing executive-level documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion a customer-centric culture within the team to enhance client relationships and leverage broader organizational resources.
  • Act as the principal relationship manager for designated portfolios, leading loyalty initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure comprehensive strategic oversight and prioritization to facilitate timely project delivery and business outcomes.
  • Represent the organization in prioritizing and executing initiatives within the loyalty ecosystem to enhance program value for customers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct strategic analyses on emerging initiatives, including data acquisition and evaluation, to formulate recommendations for new loyalty rewards programs.
  • Prepare and present monthly executive reports on portfolio performance.
  • Develop a repository of external benchmarks and best practices within the global loyalty rewards sector.
  • Contribute to the formulation of annual business plans with detailed strategies to meet both short-term and long-term objectives.
  • Collaborate extensively across the organization to align engagement strategies and maintain strong relationships with key partners.
  • Assist with requests for information/proposals related to new capabilities and vendors, including competitive and industry analysis.
  • Monitor and report on the impact and outcomes of initiatives to key stakeholders.
  • Integrate the Bank's risk appetite and culture into daily operations and decision-making.
  • Foster an environment where the team pursues effective operations in alignment with organizational values and compliance standards.
  • Build a high-performance culture by implementing a people strategy that attracts, retains, and develops talent through an inclusive approach.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in working within cross-functional teams on diverse initiatives and projects.
  • Ability to navigate a complex global organization to secure resources and build consensus.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly at all levels.
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical capabilities to leverage data for informed decision-making.
  • Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Demonstrated collaboration and partnership skills from previous roles.
  • Proven strategic thinking abilities.
  • Familiarity with loyalty, engagement, and management of rewards programs.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Experience in consulting is an advantage.
  • A high level of curiosity and drive to enhance knowledge of business growth strategies.
