Role Overview:
The Senior Manager, Loyalty Partnerships & Design will serve as the primary relationship manager for select external loyalty partners, providing strategic guidance to the VP of Loyalty & Partnerships on innovative loyalty reward initiatives. This role will involve collaboration on projects requiring strong partnership skills, strategic analysis, benchmarking, and the preparation of executive-level documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a customer-centric culture within the team to enhance client relationships and utilize broader organizational knowledge.
- Act as the primary relationship manager for designated portfolios, leading loyalty product initiatives in collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Ensure strategic oversight and prioritization for timely and effective project delivery.
- Represent the organization in enhancing the Scene+ ecosystem to maximize program value for customers and stakeholders.
- Conduct strategic analyses on emerging initiatives, utilizing frameworks to evaluate hypotheses and data, leading to actionable recommendations.
- Prepare and present monthly executive reports on portfolio performance.
- Compile a comprehensive inventory of external benchmarks and best practices in the global loyalty rewards sector.
- Contribute to the formulation of annual business plans with detailed strategies to meet short- and long-term goals.
- Collaborate extensively across the organization to align engagement strategies and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Assist with requests for information/proposals related to new capabilities and vendors, including competitive and industry analysis.
- Monitor project impacts and outcomes, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Incorporate the Bank's risk appetite and culture into daily operations and decision-making.
- Promote an environment where the team operates efficiently and effectively, adhering to the Bank's values and compliance standards.
- Develop a high-performance team culture that attracts, retains, and nurtures talent through an inclusive environment and a coaching approach.
Qualifications:
- Experience working in cross-functional teams on diverse projects.
- Ability to navigate a complex global organization to gather resources and build consensus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly at all levels.
- Demonstrated financial acumen and analytical skills to leverage data for informed decision-making.
- Proven ability to influence internal and external stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
- Excellent collaboration and partnership skills, evidenced by previous roles.
- Strategic thinking capabilities.
- Familiarity with loyalty programs, engagement strategies, and management of rewards systems.
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Experience in consulting is a plus.
- A high level of curiosity and drive to learn about business growth strategies.
