Role Overview:

The Senior Manager, Loyalty Partnerships & Design will serve as the primary relationship manager for select external loyalty partnerships, providing strategic guidance to the VP of Loyalty & Partnerships on various innovative loyalty rewards initiatives. This role will involve collaboration on projects requiring both external and internal relationship management skills, comprehensive analysis, benchmarking, and the creation of executive-level documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a customer-centric culture within the team to enhance client relationships and leverage broader organizational knowledge.
  • Act as the principal relationship manager for designated portfolios, leading loyalty initiatives in collaboration with internal and external partners.
  • Ensure strategic oversight and prioritization for timely and effective project delivery.
  • Represent the organization in the Scene+ ecosystem to enhance program value for customers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct strategic analyses on emerging initiatives, executing against frameworks to develop data-driven recommendations.
  • Prepare and present monthly executive reports on portfolio performance.
  • Compile an inventory of external benchmarks and best practices in the global loyalty rewards sector.
  • Contribute to the formulation of annual business plans with detailed strategies to meet short- and long-term objectives.
  • Collaborate across the organization to align engagement strategies and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Assist with RFI/RFP processes related to new capabilities and vendors, including competitive and industry analysis.
  • Monitor impact and outcomes, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Integrate the Bank's risk appetite and culture into daily operations and decision-making.
  • Encourage a high-performance environment by implementing a people strategy that attracts, retains, and develops talent.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working in cross-functional teams on diverse initiatives.
  • Ability to navigate a complex global organization to secure resources and consensus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey information clearly.
  • Demonstrated financial acumen and analytical skills to inform business decisions.
