Senior Manager of Loyalty Program Development at Loblaw Companies

The Senior Manager of Loyalty Program Development will play a pivotal role in crafting and implementing loyalty strategies for our supplier partners. This position requires close collaboration with vendors to boost engagement and stimulate revenue through innovative offerings and initiatives.

  • Take charge of loyalty initiatives and programs for supplier partners
  • Initiate new vendor pilot projects and evaluate their outcomes
  • Work alongside internal teams to enhance programs and achieve favorable results
  • Assess offer performance and suggest improvements for future endeavors
  • Lead a team dedicated to executing loyalty offerings

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related discipline
  • 5-7 years of experience in Retail, Loyalty, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector, or Consulting
  • Enthusiasm for cultivating partnerships and delivering outstanding programs
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and data analytics
  • Capable of articulating complex concepts clearly and fostering strong relationships
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
