Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for select external loyalty partnerships, providing strategic guidance to the VP of Loyalty & Partnerships.
  • Oversee assigned projects requiring expertise in partnership management, strategic analysis, and executive-level documentation.
  • Cultivate a customer-centric culture within the team to enhance client relationships and leverage broader organizational knowledge.
  • Act as the main point of contact for loyalty strategies, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure comprehensive engagement.
  • Ensure alignment with overall strategic objectives, prioritizing initiatives for timely and effective project delivery.
  • Represent the organization in the Scene+ ecosystem, enhancing program value for both customers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct strategic analyses on emerging initiatives, formulating recommendations for new loyalty rewards programs.
  • Prepare and present monthly reports on portfolio performance to executive leadership.
  • Develop a repository of external benchmarks and best practices within the global loyalty rewards sector.
  • Contribute to the formulation of annual business plans, outlining strategies to achieve both short- and long-term goals.
  • Collaborate extensively across departments to align engagement strategies and maintain strong relationships with key partners.
  • Assist in the RFI/RFP processes related to new capabilities, including competitive and industry analysis.
  • Monitor project impacts and outcomes, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Understand and incorporate the organization's risk appetite into daily operations and decision-making.
  • Foster an environment that promotes effective operations in line with organizational values and compliance standards.
  • Build a high-performance team culture that attracts, retains, and develops talent through inclusive practices and strategic planning.

Qualifications:
