Job Title: Hotel Information Clerk

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Information Clerk to manage our hotel's telephone and chat systems. The successful candidate will provide exceptional guest service, handle phone inquiries, and respond to guest needs in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently and warmly handle phone inquiries, directing calls to appropriate extensions.
  • Provide highest level of hospitality, addressing guest needs, resolving complaints, and assisting with inquiries.
  • Take in-room dining orders and communicate special requests to the kitchen.
  • Coordinate timely delivery of orders by Room Service Servers.
  • Provide alternative menu recommendations, promote goods/services, and assist with amenity requests.
  • Assign rooms, dispatch staff, and support Housekeeping operations.
  • Ensure proper functionality of telephone switchboard and computer systems.
  • Communicate effectively with departments and guests through various platforms.
  • Respond promptly and efficiently in hotel emergencies.
  • Display professionalism, teamwork, and a friendly demeanor.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of hotel hospitality experience.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software.
  • Strong multitasking and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Commitment to service, teamwork, and attention to detail.
  • Clean criminal record check.
  • Evening availability and flexibility for varied shifts.
