Job Title: Director of Commercial Services

Job Summary:

NTT DATA Services is seeking a Director of Commercial Services to oversee account-level financial and commercial matters. The successful candidate will work closely with the account's matrixed commercial, finance, and facilities teams to align customer and vendor commercial agreements with the account's strategy and customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee commercial aspects of customer agreements
  • Establish agreements with new vendors
  • Ensure contract deliverables are managed and completed on schedule
  • Work closely with governance tiers to manage changes to customer agreements
  • Aid in development of key governance materials
  • Support key governance initiatives and projects
  • Maintain a two-in-a-box partnership between NTT DATA and the client

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline
  • 10+ years experience working within large enterprise organizations
  • 5+ years experience working in support of Healthcare industry
  • Ability to influence wide range of stakeholders
