Commercial Services Leader

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Commercial Services to join our team at NTT DATA. This role will oversee account-level financial and commercial matters, working closely with commercial, finance, and facilities teams to align customer and vendor agreements with our account's strategy and customer demands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee commercial aspects of customer agreements, ensuring alignment with our account's strategy and customer demands.
- Establish agreements with new vendors, ensuring mutually beneficial business arrangements.
- Manage contract deliverables, ensuring timely completion and adherence to governance processes.
- Develop key governance materials, such as dashboards, reports, and presentations, to support business initiatives.
- Collaborate with governance tiers to manage changes to customer agreements, ensuring compliance with governance processes.
- Support key governance initiatives and projects, as required.
- Maintain a two-in-a-box partnership between NTT DATA and our clients, developing mutually beneficial business arrangements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline (Master's degree preferred).
- 10+ years of experience working within large enterprise organizations ($50M/year revenue / 500+ employees).
- 5+ years of experience working in support of the healthcare industry, with public sector knowledge/experience desired.
- Ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders and facilitate a collaborative approach with contract partners.
