Director of Commercial Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Commercial Services to join our team at NTT DATA Services. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing account-level financial and commercial matters, working closely with our commercial, finance, and facilities teams.
Key Responsibilities- Commercial Agreement Oversight: Ensure that customer and vendor commercial agreements align with our account's strategy and customer demands.
- Vendor Management: Establish agreements with new vendors and oversee commercial aspects of 3rd party vendor agreements.
- Contract Management: Ensure contract deliverables are appropriately managed and completed on schedule.
- Governance and Compliance: Work closely with governance tiers to manage changes to the customer agreement in accordance with governance processes.
- Business Development: Aid in the development of key governance materials, such as dashboards, reports, briefing notes, and presentations.
- Project Management: Oversee the development of project work orders and contractual change orders and amendments.
- Partnership Development: Maintain a two-in-a-box partnership between NTT DATA and the client to develop mutually beneficial business arrangements.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline (Master's degree preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience working within large enterprise organizations ($50M/year revenue / 500+ employees).
- Industry Knowledge: 5+ years of experience working in support of the Healthcare industry, with public sector knowledge/experience desired.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders and facilitate a collaborative approach with contract partners (Vendor and Client).
