About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Commercial Services to join our team at NTT DATA Services. This role will oversee account-level financial and commercial matters, working closely with commercial, finance, and facilities teams to align customer and vendor agreements with the account's strategy and customer demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee commercial aspects of customer agreements, ensuring alignment with the account's strategy and customer demands.
- Manage commercial aspects of third-party vendor agreements, establishing new vendor relationships and ensuring contract deliverables are met on schedule.
- Develop and maintain governance materials, such as dashboards, reports, and presentations, to support key governance initiatives and projects.
- Collaborate with governance tiers to manage changes to customer agreements, ensuring compliance with governance processes.
- Support the development of project work orders and contractual change orders and amendments, maintaining a two-in-a-box partnership between NTT DATA and the client.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 10+ years of experience working within large enterprise organizations ($50M/year revenue / 500+ employees).
- 5+ years of experience working in support of the healthcare industry, with public sector knowledge/experience desired.
- Ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders and facilitate a collaborative approach with contract partners (vendor and client).
