We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 10106130 Manitoba Ltd. as a key member of our culinary staff.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Staff Supervision: Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
- Inventory Management: Order and manage supplies and equipment to maintain optimal kitchen operations.
- Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Team Leadership: Foster a positive and productive team environment, promoting open communication and collaboration.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
