About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 10168477 Manitoba Ltd. as a key member of our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the expectations of our customers.

Chef Supervision

Lead and supervise a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations and high-quality food production.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment.

Food Safety and Quality

Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Staff Training and Development

Train and develop kitchen staff to improve their skills and knowledge, and to ensure that they are equipped to meet the demands of the role.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customers receive a high-quality dining experience.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Work Setting

Restaurant environment.

Physical Capabilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
