Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Preparation
Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
Team LeadershipSupervise and train a team of kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and kitchen assistants, to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service.
Inventory ManagementManage inventory levels and ordering to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet our menu requirements.
Food Safety and Quality ControlEnsure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety, and that our kitchen meets all relevant health and safety regulations.
Customer ServiceProvide exceptional customer service, responding to customer feedback and concerns, and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience in our restaurant.
Requirements- Education and Experience
A minimum of 1 year of experience as a head chef or executive chef in a high-volume restaurant or catering environment.
Skills and QualificationsProven track record of success in menu planning, team leadership, inventory management, and food safety and quality control.
Personal QualitiesStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of staff and customers.
