Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.

Chef Supervision

Train, supervise, and mentor our kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional cuisine.

Inventory Management

Order and manage inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient kitchen operations.

Kitchen Operations

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.

Cleanliness and Safety

Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience as a head cook or executive chef in a similar environment.

Language

Fluency in English.

Work Hours

35 hours per week.
