Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Sales Planning: Lead the development of annual operating plans to deliver gross sales, net revenue, and sales targets.
  • Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to drive results through strategic partnerships and joint business plans.
  • Problem-Solving: Tackle ambiguous problems to determine and prioritize business strategies and drive results.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 7 years of sales experience in a consumer packaged goods organization.
  • Legally authorized to work in the country to which you are applying without requiring sponsorship or additional work permits.
  • Aptitude for managing in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong planning/organizing skills: capable of managing major projects simultaneously.
  • Solid understanding of financials including P&L impact of sales decisions.
  • Ability to solve problems by leveraging multi-function support (finance, supply chain, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems by leveraging multiple function support.
  • Strong computer and presentation skills: development of compelling stories and presenting those concepts to all levels of internal and external organizations.
