Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to join our team at Superior Poultry Processors Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of candidates through the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Hiring
    • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements to meet the needs of the organization
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
    • Coordinate the interview process, ensuring that all candidates are treated fairly and consistently
    • Make recommendations to management on the best candidate for the position
  • Employee Relations
    • Provide guidance and support to employees on company policies and procedures
    • Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances in a fair and timely manner
    • Develop and implement employee recognition and reward programs to boost morale and engagement
  • HR Administration
    • Manage the maintenance of employee records, including personnel files and benefits information
    • Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
