Job Title: Human Resources Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to join our team at Superior Poultry Processors Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staffing and Recruitment: Identify current and prospective staffing requirements, prepare and post notices and advertisements, and advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
  • Candidate Management: Review candidate inventories, contact potential applicants to arrange interviews, and notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers.
  • Employee Relations: Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, organize staff consultation and grievance procedures, and determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training.
  • Supervision: Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing, and record-keeping duties.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player.
