Job Title: Human Resources Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to join our team at Superior Poultry Processors Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and meet current and prospective staffing requirements
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions
  • Review candidate inventories and contact potential applicants for interviews
  • Recruit graduates and notify applicants of selection results
  • Provide guidance on staffing policies and procedures
  • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Determine eligibility for entitlements and arrange staff training
Requirements:
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong judgment and organizational skills
  • Reliability and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
