Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Officer to join our team at Everything Keto Inc. as a key member of our Human Resources department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full cycle of recruitment and talent acquisition, ensuring that we attract, select, and retain top talent to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs
    • Source, screen, and select top candidates for open positions
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions
    • Manage the entire recruitment process, from posting job ads to making job offers
  • Employee Relations and Engagement
    • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
    • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to improve morale and productivity
    • Conduct employee surveys and analyze results to identify areas for improvement
  • HR Administration and Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
    • Manage HR records, including employee files and benefits administration
    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support business objectives
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in human resources or a related field
  • Skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software
