CSRs are primarily tasked with delivering exceptional customer experiences, preparing delicious Domino's Pizza offerings, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Each CSR contributes to the store's success in customer satisfaction, sales growth, operational efficiency, and cost management.

Leadership Opportunities:

In addition to standard CSR duties, you may have the chance to take on shift leader responsibilities. Shift leaders oversee daily operations, manage team members, handle financial transactions, maintain inventory, and provide training to new staff. Participation in workshops for skill enhancement may also be required.

Professional Expectations:

We uphold a standard of professionalism among our team members, which includes punctuality, adherence to uniform guidelines, and a positive demeanor. Additional tasks may be assigned to CSRs as needed.

Starting Wage: Minimum wage
