Everyday Banking Advisor - Client Support Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Everyday Banking Advisor to join our team in Mississauga, ON. As an Everyday Banking Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our clients through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product and service information to clients, including account openings, transfers, and other banking services
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex client issues
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and client satisfaction
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Mandarin or English and Cantonese (reading and verbal)
- 6 months+ of previous call centre or phone-based customer service experience
- Personal flexibility to work shift work, including weekends
- Ability to work on a hybrid schedule (1 day in office per week)
