Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inquiries about our Carepath program, providing detailed information and answering questions.
  • Verify eligibility and enroll individuals into the program, ensuring accurate data entry and follow-up communication.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Support internal and external audit processes, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to Bayshore and Carepath policies.
  • Participate in quality activities and continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to the company's Quality Management System.
Requirements:
  • University/College education or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in a call center/customer service environment, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess individual and family situations, develop solutions, and handle difficult situations objectively.
  • Strong computer and typing skills, with knowledge of personal computers and related software.
  • French language skills are a definite asset.
