Overview:

In alignment with our growth strategy, APEX Mobile Media is on the lookout for a skilled Account Executive. This role will be pivotal in enhancing the APEX brand presence in the market while fostering strong relationships with key agency partners and clients.

Location: On-site in Toronto

Key Responsibilities:

The Account Executive will be tasked with expanding and nurturing existing partnerships with Agency Partners and Direct Clients.

  • Identify, develop, and sustain revenue-generating relationships with advertisers and agencies.
  • Effectively communicate APEX's offerings and unique value propositions to advertisers and agencies through various channels including email, phone, in-person meetings, and formal proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, research, strategy, etc.) to pursue new business opportunities, ensure campaign success, and enhance APEX's market position.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all revenue, sales activities, and deal pipelines using our Sales CRM platform.
  • Engage in industry events to elevate APEX's brand visibility.
  • Uphold the highest standards of integrity while representing APEX.

Qualifications:

  • We seek a sales professional who is financially motivated, disciplined, and possesses a robust work ethic.
  • Proven track record of meeting and surpassing revenue targets in a competitive landscape.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in advertising sales, particularly in mobile.
  • Familiarity with the digital media and mobile advertising sectors.
  • A well-established network of agency and client decision-makers.
  • A strategic, consultative, and analytical sales approach focused on building partnerships.
  • A self-driven individual capable of executing tasks independently.
  • Strong business acumen and resourcefulness.
  • Service-oriented mindset with knowledge of advertising, marketing, and promotions.
  • Exceptional account development, customer service, and follow-up abilities.
  • Excellent verbal communication, planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • A degree from a college or university is required.
