Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong connections with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Effectively manage internal teams, agency resources, and workflows to ensure program excellence.
  • Compile and assess reports for clients, providing valuable analysis and insights.
  • Establish critical timelines for program launches, guaranteeing high-quality outcomes.
  • Proactively identify client needs and challenges while promoting a positive team environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or advertising agency account management.
