We are seeking to expand our Downtown Toronto team by adding an Account Executive to focus on cultivating new business relationships. Successful candidates will have the potential to advance to Senior Account Executive roles and ultimately to Sales Manager positions upon achieving initial performance milestones. This position requires a strong commitment to excellence and alignment with the company's vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying and generating new leads to build a robust portfolio.
  • Engaging with C-suite decision-makers.
  • Reaching out, qualifying, and engaging prospects through various communication methods.
  • Maintaining an organized record of sales activities and pipeline management.
  • Achieving established KPIs to ensure both immediate objectives and long-term career growth.
  • Traveling to various locations to collaborate with new and existing clients.
  • Representing the company and our clients in delivering exceptional products and services.

Qualifications

  • Sales Experience: 1-2 years of demonstrated B2B or B2C sales experience, ideally with high-value products.
  • Prospecting and Outreach Experience: Proven experience in cold calling C-level executives and launching strategic marketing email campaigns.
  • Exceptional Listening and Questioning Skills: Successful candidates possess emotional intelligence and tactical empathy.
  • A strong hunter mentality complemented by farmer abilities to nurture and develop relationships is essential for success in this role.
  • Pipeline Management Skills: Strong research and organizational capabilities.
  • Leadership: We prioritize internal promotions and actively cultivate top performers into management roles.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary with uncapped commissions. Expected earnings for the first year range from $90,000 to $120,000, with potential for $120,000 to $200,000 in the second year.
