As a privately owned Canadian enterprise, we excel as a supply chain partner delivering "Intelligent Delivery" of products and solutions tailored for the Industrial, Environmental, and Plastics sectors. Our operations include two manufacturing facilities and a network of warehouses and sales representatives throughout Canada and the Northeastern United States.
Position: Client Relationship Executive
Reports to: Sales Manager, CCC Plastics
Location: Remote (servicing Southwestern Region)
In our Plastics division, we seek a motivated and energetic individual to play a crucial role in sustaining and growing our business. This position will be home-based, focusing on the Southwestern Region, with responsibilities that include:
- Promoting and selling the CCC Plastics product range, including color concentrates, compounds, resins, and polymer additives across various applications within the Plastics sector.
- Driving substantial growth in the customer base for the Southwestern Ontario Region through proactive prospecting strategies.
- Maintaining and enhancing sales levels for existing client accounts while addressing all customer-related concerns.
- Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Identifying and developing new, profitable customer accounts from a provided prospect list.
- Effectively representing CCC as the preferred supplier within the industry.
- Documenting call reports within 24 hours of occurrence using the CRM system, developing a territory plan for account growth, and maintaining ongoing opportunity targets.
- Engaging in frequent day travel and occasional overnight travel as required in Southern Ontario.
Qualifications:
- A post-secondary education is essential, with a Bachelor of Science degree or a degree in Business Administration being a significant advantage.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with customers and suppliers.
- A minimum of 5 years of technical experience within the plastics sector.
- Ideally located in the western GTA or Southwestern Ontario, with the flexibility to attend meetings as necessary.
- A strong entrepreneurial mindset and expertise in prospecting.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A collaborative team player.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
