As a key member of our team, the Specialized Cleaning Supervisor will report directly to the Shift Supervisor and/or Operations Manager. This role involves overseeing and executing a variety of comprehensive cleaning services at designated commercial locations. Responsibilities will also include the preparation and dismantling of events. The Supervisor will provide guidance and support to assigned team members while also stepping in to assist as necessary.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESThe following outlines the essential duties and responsibilities associated with this position. The specific tasks and the time allocated to each may vary based on business requirements. ServiceMaster Clean reserves the right to adjust job duties and responsibilities as needed.Daily Office/Supervision Duties
  • Review daily work orders and communicate with relevant team members as necessary
  • Verify routing and directions for each assignment
  • Assess tasks assigned to the Connect team
  • Ensure that all materials and equipment needed for scheduled jobs are in proper working condition and loaded onto company vehicles before departure
  • Create requisitions for materials and equipment required for collection at the end of each workweek
Client Site Duties
  • Complete assignments according to specifications and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Manage work assignments within designated units and accurately record materials and equipment used on work orders
  • Inspect completed work to guarantee it meets ServiceMaster standards and client expectations
  • Facilitate client inspections upon job completion, securing client sign-off on satisfaction forms, and process payments for services rendered
  • Address re-service requests promptly and courteously
  • Demonstrate a genuine interest in achieving customer satisfaction
  • Provide training to team members to ensure all tasks are completed according to established specifications
General Duties
  • Maintain all equipment and vehicles to ensure they are in optimal working condition
  • Keep the interiors of vehicles used tidy and organized
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the business and services offered, advising the Operations Manager as needed, qualifying jobs, and building client trust
  • Participate in weekly meetings with the production team
  • Attend training workshops as required for the production team
  • Assist in training new crew members in accordance with ServiceMaster standards
  • Exhibit professional conduct and appearance in all client interactions
  • Establish positive relationships with clients whenever possible
  • Deliver an exceptional level of service that surpasses client expectations
  • Conduct all work in compliance with company safety policies
  • Adhere to all company workplace policies
  • Perform additional duties as necessary
QUALIFICATIONS - A valid driver's license is requiredTo succeed in this role, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty listed above. Educational RequirementsEducation Required: High School DiplomaOther Education/Certification/Training preferred: n/aWork Experience RequirementsWork experience required: Minimum of four (4) years in cleaning services. Experience in commercial cleaning is preferred. Job-related experience required: Two (2) years in a supervisory role is preferred.
