Project Cleaning Supervisor

Reporting to the Shift Supervisor and/or Operations Manager, the Project/Specialty Cleaner will be tasked with performing a variety of general cleaning services at designated commercial client locations. This includes the setup and breakdown of events, carpet cleaning as assigned, and other specialized projects. The role also involves providing guidance and support to assigned Helpers while assisting as needed.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Below is a comprehensive list of the essential duties and responsibilities associated with this position. The specific tasks and the time allocated to each may vary based on business requirements. ServiceMaster Clean reserves the right to modify job duties and responsibilities as necessary.

Daily Office/Supervision Duties
  • Review daily work orders and communicate with relevant associates as necessary.
  • Verify routing and directions to each job site as required.
  • Review tasks assigned to the Connect team.
  • Inspect materials and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition and loaded onto company vehicles before departing the office.
  • Create requisitions for materials and equipment needed for pickup at the end of each workweek.
Client Site Duties
  • Complete tasks to specifications that meet customer satisfaction.
  • Manage work assignments within allocated units and ensure that materials and equipment used are recorded on work orders.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure it meets ServiceMaster standards and customer requirements.
  • Facilitate customer inspections upon job completion, request customer sign-off indicating satisfaction, and process payment for services rendered.
  • Address re-service requests promptly and courteously.
  • Demonstrate a genuine interest in providing exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Train Helpers to ensure all tasks are completed according to outlined specifications.
General Duties
  • Maintain all equipment and vehicles to ensure they are in proper working order.
  • Keep the interior of vehicles and all utilized equipment neat and clean.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of the business and services offered, advising the Operations Manager appropriately, qualifying jobs to be completed, and earning client trust.
  • Participate in weekly meetings with the production team.
  • Attend training workshops as required for the production team.
  • Assist in training new crew helpers/technicians according to ServiceMaster standards.
  • Exhibit professional conduct and appearance in all client-facing activities.
  • Establish positive relationships with fellow staff members.
  • Deliver an exceptional level of service that exceeds client expectations.
  • Conduct all work in accordance with company safety policies.
  • Adhere to all company workplace policies.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS - Must possess a valid driver's license

Educational Requirements

Education Required: High School Diploma

Other Education/Certification/Training preferred: n/a

Work Experience Requirements

Work experience required: Minimum of two (2) years in cleaning services. Experience in commercial cleaning is preferred.

Job-related experience required: Two (2) years in a supervisory role is preferred.
