Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Elite Canada Security Inc. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team and ensuring the smooth execution of our security protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel to ensure effective and efficient service delivery.
    • Provide guidance and support to security staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the maintenance and repair of security equipment and machinery.
    • Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Client Service
    • Assist clients with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
    • Be the point of contact for emergency situations and provide timely and effective support.
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit progress reports and other administrative documents.
    • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Training and Development
    • Train security staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
    • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Certifications and Licenses
    • First Aid Certificate.
    • Security Guard License.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
    • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
    • Fast-paced environment.
    • Standing for extended periods.
