Position Overview: Sales Records Supervisor

As a key member of Trademarks Properties Inc., the Sales Records Supervisor plays a vital role in overseeing the management of sales documentation and ensuring operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma
  • Experience: 2-3 years in a supervisory role
Core Responsibilities:
  • Conduct training sessions for staff on operational duties and company policies.
  • Compile and present comprehensive reports on sales activities.
  • Address workplace challenges and offer strategic advice to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Verify the accuracy of financial transactions related to sales.
  • Organize and oversee work assignments among team members.
  • Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and supplies necessary for operations.
  • Facilitate interdepartmental coordination to streamline processes.
  • Develop and implement work schedules and standard operating procedures.
Technical Proficiencies:
  • Strong command of MS Excel and MS Word.
Work Environment:
  • Dynamic and fast-paced atmosphere requiring meticulous attention to detail.
  • This is a permanent position with a commitment of 32 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
