Sales Records Team Leader

Qualifications:- Education: College or CEGEP diploma
- Experience: 2-3 years in a supervisory role
- Provide training to team members on their responsibilities and company policies.
- Compile and present reports related to sales activities.
- Address and resolve workplace challenges while offering insights to enhance productivity and quality.
- Verify the accuracy of financial transactions related to sales.
- Organize and oversee work assignments within the team.
- Manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and supplies necessary for operations.
- Facilitate coordination between various departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and implement work schedules and procedures for the team.
- Strong skills in MS Excel and MS Word are essential.
- Fast-paced setting requiring meticulous attention to detail.
- This is a permanent position with a commitment of 32 hours per week.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
