About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Mary Brown Chicken and Taters. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality food and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning: Develop and implement menus that meet the tastes and preferences of our customers, while also ensuring that they are profitable and aligned with our brand.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our menu demands.
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and motivate our kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our service standards.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment that meets all health and safety regulations.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior kitchen role is required, with a proven track record of success in menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the kitchen, and proficiency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 32-40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
