About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Mary Brown Chicken and Taters. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning: Develop and implement menus that meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and motivate our kitchen staff to achieve exceptional results and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Ensure that our kitchen and work areas are clean, safe, and meet health and safety standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standard and presented in a timely manner.
Requirements
