About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Chef Cho Restaurant Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.

Chef Supervision and Training

Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional food quality and service.

Inventory Management

Manage our inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we have the resources needed to meet our culinary goals.

Quality Control

Inspect our kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that our food is prepared to the highest standards and that our customers have a positive dining experience.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role

Language

Fluency in English

  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees

Develop and implement programs to support the integration of newcomers and refugees into our team, including mentorship and cultural competency training.

Support for Indigenous People

Develop and implement programs to support the career development and advancement of Indigenous employees, including mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities.
