Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning: Design and plan menus while estimating food requirements for effective execution.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of complete meals and individual dishes, ensuring high standards of taste and presentation.
  • Food Safety: Prepare dishes accommodating customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring safety and satisfaction.
  • Kitchen Management: Oversee kitchen staff, providing training in food preparation, cooking techniques, and safe food handling practices.
  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain cleanliness and organization.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food supplies and equipment, ensuring efficient stock management.

Qualifications
