Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Surplus Electrical Equipment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory management systems.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Warehouse Operations: Supervise and manage the daily activities of warehouse staff, ensuring efficient and safe working practices.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and warehouse performance.
- Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to warehouse staff on inventory management, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, stock shortages, and other operational issues.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree in a relevant field, such as logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory management role.
- Language: English (work language).
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
