Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Surplus Electrical Equipment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory management systems.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Warehouse Operations: Supervise and manage the day-to-day activities of warehouse staff, including receiving, stocking, and shipping.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other key performance indicators.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop warehouse staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree in a relevant field, such as logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a warehouse or supply chain management role.
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
