About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Identity Digital Canada Corp. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers, ensuring that their computer systems and networks are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and support to customers via phone, email, and in-person, resolving technical issues and answering questions related to computer systems and networks.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex technical problems, using your expertise and knowledge to identify and fix issues.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, to provide clear and concise technical information and solutions.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including technical issues and resolutions.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other technical support teams and departments to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills: Excellent technical skills, including knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
