About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Strategic Account Director to join our team at Mod Op, a full-service advertising agency with a strong presence in the US and internationally. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term, profitable relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Partnership: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across various disciplines and business areas, providing strategic advice and managing the day-to-day business of our most trusted client accounts.
  • Team Leadership: Serve as an advocate and coach to a team of account and project managers, ensuring the day-to-day business runs smoothly.
  • Campaign Development: Work with internal teams to devise integrated and digital-first marketing campaigns that meet client briefs and budgets.
  • Program Management: Manage program budgets, operational costs, and support business development initiatives to maximize impact and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide weekly status updates on project results, client program reviews, and analyze business results to develop action plans.
Requirements
  • Experience: 7+ years of agency experience, preferably with both B2B and B2C clients.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage high-touch clients in a matrixed organization.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and drive business effectively.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to guide integrated multi-disciplinary teams to meet client goals.
