About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Director to join our team at Plusgrade Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic partners and driving revenue growth through innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic growth plans for assigned accounts, exceeding revenue targets and driving deeper engagement.
  • Build and develop strategic account plans (ADPs) in collaboration with partners, defining business goals and objectives, and implementing customized plans to achieve them.
  • Negotiate and close on contract renewals, leveraging deep understanding of partner needs and our value proposition.
  • Partner with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Finance, etc.) to analyze data and measure results, driving business growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in account management, ideally with a focus on strategic accounts.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving significant account growth.
  • Deep understanding of sales cycles and ability to navigate high-level stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strategic thinking and consultative approach, with ability to tailor solutions to unique client needs.
