About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Comforts of Home - Care Inc. As a Home Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene, ensuring their dignity and comfort at all times.
  • Medication Administration: Safely administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals, maintaining accurate records and ensuring client safety.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering clients' dietary needs and preferences.
  • Household Management: Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks, maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Transportation: Own transportation and a valid driver's license.
