About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at T & R MurgoLO. As a Home Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Light Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
  • Meal Preparation: Assist with meal preparation and cooking as needed.
  • Companionship: Provide companionship and social support to clients, engaging in activities such as conversation, reading, and watching movies.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Transportation: Own transportation is preferred, but public transportation is available.
Work Environment

As a Home Support Worker, you will work in a fast-paced environment, providing care and support to clients in their own homes. You will be required to work independently, using your initiative and judgment to make decisions and prioritize tasks.
