About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Cambridge Health Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications to clients as prescribed by their healthcare providers.
  • Assist clients with personal hygiene and bathing, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Engage clients in regular exercise activities to maintain their physical and mental well-being.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering clients' dietary needs and preferences.
  • Launder clothing and household linens, maintaining a clean and comfortable living environment.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, ensuring a safe and healthy space for clients.
  • Provide companionship and personal care, listening to clients' concerns and needs.
Work Environment

As a Home Support Worker, you will work in a variety of settings, including clients' homes, and may be required to travel to different locations.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train on the job, with opportunities for professional development.
  • Non-smoking work site environment.
  • Work setting: Work in employer's/client's home.
