About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Support Worker to join our team at Network Canada Incorporated. As a Home Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Nutrition and Meal Planning: Plan and prepare therapeutic diets and menus, ensuring clients receive the necessary nutrients for optimal health.
  • Housekeeping and Cleaning: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for clients.
  • Companionship and Social Support: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Health and Safety: Conduct regular safety checks, ensuring clients' homes are free from hazards and risks.
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Criminal Record Check: Required
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
