About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Support Worker to join our team at 24/7 Quality Home & Health Care Services Ltd. As a Home Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Medication Administration: Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Light Housekeeping and Cleaning: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals to clients.
  • Companionship: Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not necessary.
  • Certifications: CPR Certificate is required.
  • Security Clearance: Basic security clearance is required.
Work Environment

As a Home Support Worker, you will work in a fast-paced environment, providing care and support to clients in their own homes. You will be required to work independently, using your own initiative and judgment to make decisions about client care.
