About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at G&P Construction Cleaners Inc. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Training: Assist in maintaining accurate records of employee education and training, including certifications and licenses.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, preparing meeting minutes, and maintaining our filing systems.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries, book flights and hotels, and make reservations as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of office supplies and equipment, ordering new stock as needed.
  • Correspondence: Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
